摘　　要：目的为我国青少年T1DM患者的自我管理行为测评提供针对性的有效工具。方法引进国外应用成熟的青少年糖尿病行为评定量表(DBRS)并进行跨文化调试,对145例注射胰岛素的青少年T1DM患者进行调查,评价中文版DBRS量表的信度及效度。结果中文版DBRS量表内容效度指数为0.83。主成分因子分析提取的4个公因子累计方差贡献率为53.04%。总量表内部一致性Cronbach'sα为0.90,各维度系数为0.70~0.85。量表总得分与HbA1c水平呈负相关(r=-0.312,P<0.01)。结论中文版DBRS量表具有良好的信效度,可用于青少年T1DM患者的自我管理行为测评;较高水平的糖尿病自我管理行为与较低的HbA1c水平相关,提示应进一步加强青少年T1DM患者的自我管理教育。Objective To provide a targeted and effective tool for the evaluation of self-management of type 1 diabetes mellitus（T1 DM）in Chinese adolescents. Methods Adolescent Diabetic Behavior Rating Scale（DBRS）,which has been certified abroad,was introduced and cross-culturally adjusted.A total of 145 adolescent T1 DM treated with insulin were investigated.The reliability and validity of the Chinese version DBRS were evaluated. Results The content validity index of the Chinese version DBRS was 0.83.The cumulative variance contribution of the four common factors extracted from principal component analysis was 53.04%.The internal consistency of Cronbach’sαwas 0.90 and the dimensionality coefficients were 0.70~0.85.There was a negative correlation between the total score and HbA1 c（r=-0.312,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The Chinese version of DBRS has good reliability and validity,which can be used to evaluate the self-management behavior of T1 DM patients in adolescents.Higher level of selfmanagement is associated with lower HbA1 c,suggesting that self-management education for adolescent T1 DM should be strengthen.
