清热化湿方外洗对慢性乙肝生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的进一步验证清热化湿法(经验方)外洗对慢性乙型肝炎患者生存质量的影响。方法采用随机、单盲、对照的方法,将60例患者按照1:1比例分成两组,每组30例。治疗组给予清热化湿方外洗联合核苷酸类似物抗病毒治疗,对照组予抗病毒治疗,治疗24周,随访期24周,随访期两组均继续抗病毒治疗,观察患者的生存质量:SF-36简明健康量表、CLQD慢性肝病量表;肝功能和不良反应。结果治疗组前4周内ALT复常率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);在SF-36健康量表与CLDQ慢性肝病量表检测中,治疗组能有效改善PF、RP、BP、GH、VT、SF、RE、MH、AS、FA、SS各维度的评分,且治疗组在PF、RP、BP、GH、RE、MH、AS、FA、SS 7个维度方面,治疗后优于对照组。结论清热化湿方外洗能有效地改善湿热型慢性乙型肝炎患者生存质量,改善患者的近期生化功能(ALT复常率)。Objective To further prove the effect of Qingre Huashi external washing（ experience formula） on the quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods A randomized,single blind,controlled method was used to divide 60 patients into 2 groups according to the proportion of 1∶ 1,with 30 cases in each group. The experimental group was given Qingre Huashi external washing combined antiviral therapy,and control group was given antiviral therapy for 24 weeks.Follow-up period was 24 weeks. The two groups were followed up for antiviral therapy. The quality of life of patients was observed： Medical Outcomes Study 36-Item Short-For Health Survey,CLQD scale for chronic liver disease,liver function and adverse reactions. Results The ALT recovery rate of the treatment group before four weeks was significantly higher than the control group（ P〈0. 01）; In the Medical Outcomes Study 36-Item Short-For Health Survey and CLQD scale for chronic liver disease,the treatment group could effectively improve the PF,RP,BP,GH,VT,SF,RE,MH,AS,FA,SS of each dimension score. And the treatment group in PF,RP,BP,GH,RE,MH,AS,FA,SS seven dimensions after treatment were better than the control group. Conclusion Qingre Huashi external washing can effectively improve the quality of life of hepatitis B patients of damp heat type,and improve the patient＇s recent biochemical function（ normalization rate of ALT）.
