摘　　要：半表半里证是中医学中外感疾病常见发展阶段之一,其与气血密切相关,历代医家临床治疗主要以"和"法为根本治法,组方用药特色鲜明,效果显著。"和"法为治疗大法,主张沟通内外上下,和解枢机不利,使气机调畅,机体达到制约平衡的状态。免疫系统的调节作用主要以免疫防御和免疫自稳与监视作用为主,共同维系机体免疫系统的平衡。机体免疫内环境常处于动态平衡,一旦失衡,常处于疾病状态。The half exterior and half interior is one of the common stage of the exogenous diseases in TCM,closed related to qi and blood. The medical masters of different dynasties used＂harmonization＂method in clinical treatment. The composition of formula is characterized as harmonization and the therapeutic effects are significant. The harmonization method is the major treatment,communicating the exterior with the interior,the upper with the lower; regulating the qi activity to ensure the smooth qi flow and the restriction and balancing in the body. The regulative effect of the immune system focuses on the immune defense,stability and monitoring to maintain the balance of the immune system in the body. The body immune environment is balanced dynamically. The disease occurs whenever it is imbalanced.
