摘 要:目的研究乳腺癌动态增强磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)表现与人表皮生长因子受体-2(Her-2)、Ki-67表达的相关性。方法对80例乳腺癌患者术前行DCE-MRI检查,分析其影像学表现,包括肿块大小、形态、边缘、时间信号强度曲线、强化形式、早期增强率等。术后标本行免疫组织化学染色测定肿瘤细胞Her-2、Ki-67表达情况。分析DCE-MRI表现与Her-2、Ki-67表达的相关性。结果乳腺癌肿块强化形式及早期增强率与Her-2存在相关性(P<0.05);肿块形态、强化形式及时间—信号强度曲线类型与Ki-67存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌DCE-MRI表现与Her-2、Ki-67表达存在一定的相关性,可以间接评估肿瘤预后并为临床治疗方案提供参考。Objective To study the correlation between features of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI) and the expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2, Her-2 and Ki-67 in breast cancer. Methods DCE-MRI was performed in 80 cases of breast cancer before operation and imaging features of breast cancer analyzed. The expression of Her-2 and Ki-67 in postoperative specimens was measured by immunohistochemistry. The correlation between DCE-MRI features and the expression of Her-2 and Ki-67 in breast cancer was analyzed using χ~2 test. Results The features of tumor morphology, enhancement pattern and the time-signal intensity curve(TIC)type were positively correlated with Ki-67(P〈0.05);tumor enhancement pattern and early enhancement rate were positively correlated with Her-2(P〈0.05).Conclusion There is some correlation between the DCE-MRI features and the expression of Her-2 and Ki-67 in breast cancer. DCE-MRI can provide a reference for indirect assessment of prognosis and clinical treatment planning.
