清骨散加减配合针刺治疗中风阴虚盗汗疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清骨散加减配合针刺治疗中风阴虚盗汗的临床疗效。方法:80例随机分为两组各40例,两组均用清骨散加减治疗,治疗组加用针刺治疗,治疗1周后比较疗效。结果:显愈率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清骨散加减配合针刺治疗中风阴虚盗汗可明显提高疗效。Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of modified Qinggu Powder combined with acupuncture in the treatment of night sweating with yin asthenia due to apoplexy. Method ： 80 cases of stroke patients were evenly divided into 2 groups in random. Both groups were treated with modified Qinggu powder and the treatment group were treated with acupuncture in addition. The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared after 1 weeks＇ treatment. Result ： There was significant difference between the two groups in obvious curative rate （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Modified Qinggu Powder combined with acupuncture could obviously improve the curative effect in the treatment of night sweating with yin asthenia due to apoplexy.
