维生素B_(12)联合酸枣仁汤治疗不寐临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察维生素B_(12)联合酸枣仁汤治疗不寐的效果。方法:60例分为两组各30例,对照组用右佐匹克隆治疗,研究组用酸枣仁汤口服及维生素B12、穴位注射治疗。结果:总有效率研究组高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后PSQI指数研究组低于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:维生素B_(12)穴位注射联合酸枣仁汤口服治疗不寐可显著提高临床疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of point injection of Vitamin B12 and Suanzaoren Decoction in the treatment of insomnia. Method： The control group of patients with insomnia were treated with conventional western medicine （dexrazoxane） while the study group were treated with combination of Suanzaoren Decoction and acupoint injection. Result： The total effective rate of clinical treatment in patients with insomnia was as high as 90.00%. The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .The PSQI index of the study group was lower than that of the control group after treatment （ P〈0.05 ） . The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Application of acupoint injection and combination of Suanzaoren Decoction in the treatment of insomnia could significantly improve the clinical curative effect.
