两种含氟流动树脂对变异链球菌抑制作用的体外实验研究

摘　　要：目的体外比较2种含氟流动树脂Beautifil Flow Plus F00(F00)和Dyad Flow(DF)对变异链球菌生长的抑制作用。方法选取含氟流动树脂F00、DF和不含氟树脂Valux(Va),制备直径10mm,厚1mm的样本,每组各13个,共39个。将样本悬吊到含有变异链球菌菌液的高糖轻唾液体培养基中,分别在第1、2、7d对各组10个样本表面附着菌落进行计数,另3个样本采用激光共聚焦扫描显微镜观察生物膜形成情况,比较各组样本表面细菌粘附量和生物膜内的活菌百分比。结果 F00组、DF组、Va组表面细菌粘附量均为1d<2d<7d,不同时间点之间有显著性差异(P<0.01),同一时间点的细菌粘附量为F00组<DF组<Va组(P<0.01)。F00组和DF组生物膜中活菌百分比均为2d<7d<1d(P<0.01),同一时间点的生物膜活菌百分比为F00组<DF组<Va组(P<0.01)。结论 F00、DF和Va表面的细菌粘附数量随时间延长而增多,但F00和DF有一定的抑制变异链球菌生长的能力,短期内F00抑菌作用优于DF。Objective To compare the inhibitory effect of two kinds of fluoride-containing flow resin Beautifil Flow Plus F00（ F00） and Dyad Flow（ DF） on the growth of Streptococcus mutans. Methods Fluorinated flowable resins F00,DF and fluoride-free resin Valux（ Va） were used to prepare samples（ 13 of each） with diameter of 10 mm and thickness of1 mm. Ten samples were suspended in 5 ml MS liquid medium containing 100 ul of Streptococcus mutans broth,and the colony was counted on day 1,2,7. The other 3 samples were used to observe the biofilm formation by laser confocal scanning microscopy（ CLSM）. The bacterial adhesion and the percentage of viable bacteria in the biofilm were compared.Results The amount of bacterial adherence in group F00,DF and Va was 1 d 《2 d〈 7 d,there was significant difference between different time points（ P 0. 01）,and at the same time point,the amount of bacterial adherence was F00 DF Va（ P〈0. 01）. The percentage of viable bacteria in the biofilm of group F00 and DF were 2 d 〈7 d 〈1 d（ P〈0. 01）,and the percentage of biofilm viable bacteria was F00〈 DF 〈Va（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The number of bacterial adhesion of F00,DF,Va is increased with time,but the two kinds of fluoride-containing flowable resin F00 and DF have some inhibiting ability on the growth of Streptococcus mutans,and F00 is superior to DF in the inhibition of bacterial growth in short-time.
