摘 要:目的比较同种纤维桩核采用不同修复方法修复下颌第一前磨牙之间微渗漏的差异。方法收集30颗正畸拔除的下颌第一前磨牙,完善根充后,随机分成A、B、C 3组,每组10个试件,包埋于石膏标准模型内。A组采用直接法完成桩核修复,B组采用半间接法修复,C组采用间接法修复。水侵袭6个月后,所有试件经过2%亚甲基蓝染色,近远中向剖开,体式显微镜下对比观察3组试件微渗漏的程度。结果体视显微镜下记录3组渗漏深度,A组微渗漏程度明显大于C组(P<0.05),B组与A、C组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论间接法制成的个性化纤维桩核修复前磨牙的微渗漏程度显著优于直接法,具有良好的边缘封闭作用,更适合临床应用。Objective To compare the difference of the microleakage repaired by different repair methods for root canals in premolars.Methods 30 premolars with single canal at the similar size were collected.After finished the root filling,all teeth were randomly divided into A group,B group and C group.Each group of 10 specimens was embedded in the plaster models.The post and core was repaired by direct method in A group,semi-indirect method in B group and indirect method in C group.After water invasion for 6 months,30 pieces were dyed by 2% methylene blue for 24 hand sectioned.The degree of microleakage was recorded and analyzed in three groups.Results The leakage in g A group was more significantly serious than that in C group(P〈0.05),but no significantly difference between A group and B group,B group and group C(P〉0.05).Conclusion The level of microleakage in premolars,which is restored by fiber post core with the indirect method,is significantly better than that with the direct method.The indirect method has a good edge seal action and is more suitable for clinical application.
