摘　　要：将价值管理的系统思想和基本理论引入高校绩效评价,围绕价值管理的核心公式,对高校运行过程中的成本和功能进行界定,系统地构建高校运行绩效的价值评估模型,对江苏省属理工类本科院校在办学过程中投入的成本和所实现的功能进行科学评价,并根据其绩效价值状态和水平,有针对性地提出改进方案,以提高资源配置和利用的效率,实现高校绩效的价值最优化。This paper introduces the system notion and basic theory of value management into the higher education institution performance evaluation,defines the cost and function of universities in the operation process around the core formula of the value management and constructs a value evaluation model in a systematic way. The cost and functions of science and technology universities in Jiangsu province are scientifically evaluated. According to the level of performance value,the value optimization countermeasures are put forward to improve the efficiency of resources allocation and utilization in order to achieve the optimization of value performance in universities.
