复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染相关性慢性胃炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染相关性慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取医院收治的慢性胃炎伴Hp感染者210例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组105例。观察组给予复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合四联疗法治疗,对照组仅给予四联疗法治疗,疗程均为14 d。停药1个月后复查^(13)C呼气试验,比较2组Hp根除率、症状改善情况及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为96.2%,高于对照组的87.6%(P<0.05);治疗后,2组上腹胀满、上腹痛、泛酸、胃烧灼感积分均低于治疗前,且观察组较对照组的积分降低更显著(P均<0.01);观察组Hp根除率为96.2%,高于对照组的81.9%(P<0.01);观察组不良反应发生率为6.7%,低于对照组的30.5%(P<0.01)。结论复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合四联疗法治疗Hp感染相关性慢性胃炎其Hp根除率高、症状改善情况好、不良反应发生率低。Objective To investigate the efficacy of compound acidophilus Lactobacillus tablets combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of chronic gastritis associated with Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods A total of 210 patients with chronic gastritis and Hp infection from in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group（ 105 cases） and control group（ 105 cases）. The treatment group was given compound yogurt Bacilli tablets combined with quadruple therapy and the control group was given Quadruple therapy,with 14 days of treatment course for all groups. After one month withdrawal,the ^（13） C breath test was retrospectively repeated to compare the Hp eradication rate,symptom improvement,and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results The eradication rate of Hp in the treatment group was 96. 2%higher than that of 81. 9% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the upper abdominal fullness,upper abdominal pain,pantothenic acid,and stomach burning sensation scores were lower in both groups than those of before the treatment,and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. The eradication rate of Hp in the observation group was 96. 2%,which was higher than that of the control group（ 81. 9%）（ P〈0. 01）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6. 7%,which was lower than that of the control group（ 30. 5%）（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of Hp infection-associated chronic gastritis has high Hp eradication rate,good symptom improvement,and low incidence of adverse reactions.
