中西医结合疗法改善晚期青光眼患者术后视功能的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合疗法改善晚期青光眼患者术后视功能的临床效果。方法选取医院收治的65例(84眼)行手术治疗晚期青光眼患者,采用抽签法将其随机分为对照组32例(41眼)组和观察组33例(43眼)。2组术后均给予药物治疗,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在上述基础上加用中药治疗,3个月后比较2组患者治疗前后的视功能指标变化情况及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患者眼压和视网膜神经纤维层厚度改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的78.05%(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法治疗晚期青光眼术后患者效果显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on improving visual function in patients with advanced glaucoma. Methods 65 patients（ 84 eyes） with advanced glaucoma were selected and randomly divided into 32 cases（ 41 eyes） of the control group and 33 cases（ 43 eyes） of the observation group.The 2 groups were treated with medicine after operation. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. After 3 months,the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was compared,and the changes of visual function were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95. 35%,higher than that of the control group（ 78. 05%,P〈0. 05）. The effect of intraocular pressure and retinal nerve fiber layer thickness in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combination of TCM and Western medicine has significant effect in the treatment of patients with advanced glaucoma.
