基于校企合作模式下优化高校管理模式的新思路

摘　　要：立足二级学院实际,建设具有个性的学院文化,对提升二级学院的管理水平和工作效能,更好地发挥职能和提供相关服务有着积极的推动作用。文章结合福州大学紫金矿业学院的管理实践经验,在校企合作新模式办学的基础上尝试通过融合企业优秀文化,加强学院特色文化建设探索出一条优化学院管理模式的新思路。Based on the actual situation and building a kind of college culture with its own characteristics is of great bebefit to a secondary college to promote the management level and work efficiency,better perform its function and provide related services. Combined with the practical experience on management of College of Zijin Mining of Fuzhou University,the paper tries to explore a new way to optimize the administration mode of college system by integrating excellent enterprise culture and strengthening the construction of college culture based on the new college-enterprise cooperation mode of running a school.
