摘  要:目的探讨悬吊技术在面肌痉挛显微血管减压术的应用价值。方法自2008年1月至2015年12月采用悬吊技术对58例面肌痉挛患者行显微血管减压术治疗,分析患者的手术效果。结果术后总有效率达98.3%(57/58),术后治愈率为94.8%(55/58)。术后分别发生听力下降、迟发性面瘫、伤口感染者各1例。术后随访55例患者,随访时间1~9年,平均5.1年,其中1例患者复发。结论在面肌痉挛显微血管减压术中,采用胶水进行责任动脉悬吊,能够实现面神经的充分减压,尤其适用于复杂血管引起的压迫;是一种简单、安全、有效的方法。Objective To explore the application value of hanging techniques in microvascular decompression( MVD) for hemifacial spasm( HFS). Method The surgical effects of 58 patients with HFS treated by MVD using hanging techniques were analyzed. Results The postoperative total effective rate was 98. 3%( 57/58) and the curative rate was 94. 8%( 55/58). Postoperative complication included transient hearing dysfunction,delayed facial paralysis and infection of incisional wound of one each retrospectively. The follow-up period ranged from 1 to 9 year. 1 case experienced recurrence during the following-up period. Conclusion MVD with hanging technique of offending artery is a simple,safe and effective way in treating HFS.
