摘 要:目的了解唐山市放射工作人员身体健康状况,探索长期低剂量电离辐射对人体外周血淋巴细胞的影响。方法随机选取唐山市2 144名不同工种、不同性别、不同工龄放射工作人员,对其外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率、微核率水平进行统计学分析。结果医疗组和工业组放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞畸变率分别为8.2%与6.4%,高于对照组的0.8%与0.9%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。医疗组中,工龄0~9年的人员的外周血淋巴细胞畸变率为2.5%,低于医疗组其他工龄人员,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。工业组中,工龄0~9年的人员外周血淋巴细胞畸变率为1.9%,低于工龄在10~19年与20~29年的人员,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论长期接触小剂量电离辐射可以造成放射工作人员细胞遗传方面变化,变化程度随工龄增加有所增加。需进一步加强放射工作人员的职业保护。Objective To investigate the health status of radiation workers in Tangshan City and to explore the effect on workers' peripheral blood lymphocytes working around long term and low dose ionizing radiation. Methods The experiment selected2 144 radiation workers of different types,genders and working lives in Tangshan City randomly,and statistically analyzed peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome aberration rate and micronucleu rate. Results The rates of peripheral blood lymphocyte aberration in medical group and industrial group were 8. 2% and 6. 4%,they were higher than the rates 0. 8% and 0. 9% in control groups,and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). In medical group,the rate of peripheral blood lymphocyte aberration in 0 - 9 year medical group was 2. 5%,it was lower than those in other medical groups,the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). In industrial group,the rate of peripheral blood lymphocyte aberration in 0 - 9 year medical group was 1. 9%,it was lower than those in 10 - 19 year group and 20 - 29 year group,and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The long-term and low dose ionizing radiation can result in the cytogenetic changes in radiation exposed workers and the change' s degree increases with the working life. The professional protection of radiation workers need to be further strengthened.
