摘 要:本文以铸坯质量判定为应用背景,针对连铸设备的铸坯质量缺陷重要性、判定方法局限性、工艺过程复杂性,研究铸坯生产工艺技术特点,建立智能化的在线质量判定模型。根据板坯连铸过程中连铸机装备的特点及工艺状况,对应不同的钢种,把连铸生产过程中影响铸坯质量因素抽象为数学模型,确定影响铸坯缺陷不同模型的相应判定方法及策略,设计、实现铸坯质量判定系统,期望达到国内领先水平;在实验和运行环境中通过对系统判定结果的不断分析与研究,实现对系统中的数学模型及各项参数的持续优化,达到高精度判定连铸板坯质量缺陷,并设计相应的人机交互界面,实现其在现实工程中的应用。This paper is aim to on-line billet quality- decision. The billet quality- decision is significant but the method is linfited and the process is complexity. This paper analyzed the technical character and established an intelligent model for billet quality- decision. According to the equipment characteristics and process conditions of billet continuous casting, steel different, take the billet quality-factors abstracted as mathenlatieal model to de- termine corresponding decision methods and strategies of the effect of casting billet defect model. This system reached to domestic leading level. Through the continuous system analysis and research results, it continuous optinfized the mathenlatieal model and the system parameters, which to achieve high precision determination of continuous casting billet quality defects. In addition, it designed the corresponding man-machine interface, to realize the application in the project.
