大秦艽汤对急性脑梗死近期血液流变学、Hcy及神经功能影响研究

摘　　要：目的:分析大秦艽汤对急性脑梗死患者近期血液流变学、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)以及神经功能的影响。方法:选取急性脑梗死患者96例,按照随机数字表法分为两组(n=48)。常规组给予抗血小板聚集、降糖降压等常规治疗,研究组在常规组治疗的基础上给予大秦艽汤治疗。治疗两周后比较两组患者的临床疗效、神经功能以及血清Hcy水平。结果:治疗两周后,研究组总有效率为95.83%,常规组总有效率为83.33%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血液流变学、NIHSS评分、中医证候积分以及血清Hcy水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组均明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:大秦艽汤可显著改善急性脑梗死患者的血液流变学和神经功能,降低Hcy水平,疗效显著,且未增加不良反应的发生风险。Objective：To analyze the influence of Daqinjiao prescription on recent hemorheology,homocysteine（Hcy）and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods：96 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the two groups（n=48）.The conventional group received controlling blood sugar,blood pressure and anti-platelet therapy,on the basis of the conventional therapy,the study group was treated with Daqinjiao prescription.The clinical efficacy,neurological function and serum Hcy level were compared between the two groups.Results：After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 95.83%,the conventional group was 83.33%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The hemorheology,NIHSS score,stroke symptom scores and serum Hcy level of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the study group were significantly lower than the conventional group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Daqinjiao decoction can significantly improve the blood rheology in patients with acute cerebral infarction and neurological function,reduce the level of Hcy,obvious curative effect,and without increasing any risk of adverse reactions.
