逐瘀通脉胶囊联合中药汤剂治疗眩晕合并偏头痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医辨证方案应用于偏头痛性眩晕(MV)对患者症状改善、康复的效果。方法:本院治疗的MV患者中随机选取82例分为对照组及观察组各41例,对照组予以口服逐瘀通脉胶囊治疗并配合实施物理方法,观察组在上述治疗基础上给予中药汤剂口服治疗,回顾分析两组患者治疗效果。结果:经治疗观察组头痛指数评分及持续时间均较治疗前有明显下降,且与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.12%,对照组总有效率为73.17%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。经治疗观察组患者除生理功能方面外,其他各维度评分均较治疗前有明显提高,且与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗,对照组、观察组患者不良反应发生率分别为31.71%、12.20%,两组相比,观察组不良反应发生率更低(χ~2=4.555,P<0.05),观察组满意度评分为(91.52±3.27)分对照组满意度评分为(67.74±3.51)分,观察组明显高于对照组(χ~2=31.740,P<0.05)。结论:逐瘀通脉胶囊联合中药汤剂应用于偏头痛性眩晕治疗,可使患者头痛头晕症状得到显著改善,降低不良反应发生情况,提高生活质量,康复效果更佳。Objective：To explore the improvement and recovery effect of the TCM dialectical scheme in the treatment of migrainous vertigo（MV）.Methods：Among the patients who had entered this hospital,82 were randomly selected into the control group（Drug therapy,n=41）and the observation group（TCM dialectical therapy,n=41）,retrospectively analyzed the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：After the treatment,the total effective rate of group was 73.17% and 95.12%respectively,the observation group was higher than the reference group,the score of headache index and the duration of vertigo were also less than the reference group（P〈0.05）.After treatment of sf-36 in the observation group,six dimensions were significantly higher than the reference group（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of complications was 31.71%and 12.20%respectively,the observation group was lower than the reference group,the satisfaction score（91.52±3.27）was higher than the reference group（67.74±3.51）（χ-2=31.740,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The TCM dialectical scheme is applied to the treatment of migraine dizziness.The patient＇s symptoms can be improved significantly and the recovery effect is better.
