摘　　要：图书馆,是大学生活动的主要场所,所以新生的入馆教育就显得尤为重要,目的也是引导学生更好地认识图书馆、熟悉图书馆,不仅可以有效地让学生快速找到自己想要的图书,还能激发他们读书的积极性,丰富他们的业余生活,还能提高全民的素质,为他们今后的学习奠定了知识基础。知识改变命运,读书是必不可少的,所以对于图书馆的管理尤为重要,加强图书馆的新生入馆教育必不可少,而且势在必行,刻不容缓。The library is the main place for college students＇ activities. Therefore, the education for freshmen entering the library is particularly important, the purpose is also to guide students to better understand the library and be familiar with the library. It can not only make students find the books which they want quickly, but also stimulate their enthusiasm of reading, enrich their amateur life, improve the quality of the whole people,and lay a knowledge foundation for their future study. Knowledge changes destiny, and reading is essential, so it is of great importance of the management of library. Strengthening the education for freshmen entering the library is essential, and imperative, urgent.
