白介素11喷雾剂联合康复新液治疗化疗相关口腔溃疡50例疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨白介素11喷雾剂联合康复新液治疗化疗相关的口腔溃疡的治疗效果。方法:将150例化疗相关口腔溃疡患者随机分为三组,分别采用康复新液单药治疗,白介素11喷雾剂单药治疗及白介素11喷雾剂联合康复新液治疗。观察各组的有效率和起效时间。结果:白介素11喷雾剂联合康复新液治疗化疗相关的口腔溃疡,治愈率和有效率明显高于单药治疗组(P<0.05);且联合用药组在治疗第3天时即有明显的效果。同时,白介素11喷雾剂联合康复新液治疗组的患者,再次化疗时出现口腔溃疡的概率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:白介素11喷雾剂联合康复新液治疗,具有较好的治疗效果,且起效时间快,在一定程度上预防再次化疗引起的口腔溃疡复发。Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of recombinant human interleukin 11 and Kangfuxin solution in the treatment of oral ulcer induced by chemotherapy.Methods：One hundred and fifty patients with oral ulcer induced by chemotherapy were randomly divided into Kangfuxin solution group（n=50）,recombinant human interleukin 11 group（n=50）,and Kangfuxin solution combined with recombinant human interleukin 11 group（n =50）.The curative efficacy and onset time of the three groups were compared.Results：The total cure rate and effective rate in Kangfuxin solution combined with recombinant human interleukin 11 group were higher than that of single groups（P〈0.05）.At day 3,those on Kangfuxin solution combined with recombinant human interleukin 11 group has an obvious effect.In the meantime,those on Kangfuxin solution combined with recombinant human interleukin 11 groups cut the chances of oral ulcer induced by resuming chemotherapy.Conclusion：The efficacy of Kangfuxin solution combined with recombinant human interleukin 11 in the treatment of oral ulcer induced by chemotherapy is quick and significant,and can prevent recurrence of oral ulcer to some extent.
