摘　　要：跨境电子商务是我国外贸发展的新型业态和重要动力来源。跨境电子商务人才发展对跨境电商乃至外贸行业的发展都至关重要。基于研究必要性及概念界定,通过梳理跨境电商人才发展的国内外研究脉络,从产学研协同合作的视角,针对我国跨境电商人才发展的实际,探索跨境电商人才职业胜任素质、跨境电商人才培养及跨境电商人才发展的制度保障等发展战略,可为我国跨境电商人才相关研究提供借鉴。Cross-border e-commerce is a new format and important source of power for China＇s foreign trade development. The development of cross-border e-commerce talents is crucial to the development of cross-border e-commerce and even foreign trade. Based on the necessity and definition of the research, through combing the domestic and foreign research context of cross-border e-commerce talent development, from the perspective of cooperation between industry, university and research, and aiming at the actual development of cross-border e-commerce talents in our country, this paper explores the institutional guarantee for the professional competence of cross-border e-commerce talents, the training of cross-border e-commerce talents and the development of cross-border e-commerce talents, and other development strategies. By doing so, it can provide reference for the study of China＇s cross-border e-commerce talent development.
