氟橡胶密封圈与液压油的相容性试验研究

摘　　要：为测试氟橡胶密封圈在某装甲车油气弹簧的液压驱动系统中的适用性,参照GB/T1690-2010《硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶耐液体试验方法》,通过试验分析氟橡胶密封圈与油气弹簧常用的46号抗磨减震液、10号航空液压油和4609减震液的相容性。结果表明:氟橡胶密封圈在3种液压液及其混合油中的体积变化率都是负值,最大体积收缩率都大于4%,不满足GB/T14832-2008标准的要求。氟橡胶并不适用于油气弹簧采用的3种用油,建议将氟橡胶材料更换为腈橡胶材料。To test the applicability of the fluorine rubber seal ring in the hydraulic drive system of the hydro-pneumatic spring of an armored vehicle,the compatibility of fluorine rubber seal ring with common hydraulic oils,including No. 46 antifriction fluid,No. 10 aviation hydraulic oil and No. 4609 damping fluid was analyzed by reference to the standard of GB/T1690-2010. The results show that volume change rates of fluorine rubber sealing rings in three kinds of hydraulic oils and their mixed oils are negative,and the maximum volume shrinkage is greater than 4%,which is beyond the requirements of standard of GB/T14832-2008. The fluorine rubber is not suitable for three kinds of hydraulic oils used for hydro-pneumatic spring,it is suggested to replace the fluorine rubber material with nitrile rubber material.
