摘　　要：大学教师科研和教学文档内容广泛而丰富,具有持续性和长期性,有必要加强文档管理。对文档的管理模式进行了探索,并就常用文档管理,讨论了文档分类数字化、文档管理制度化、命名方法统一化等内容及其应用。本文所提出的文档管理方案,可有效避免文档的混乱,提高工作效率,适用于大学教师及其学生助手。Scientific research and teaching documents of university teachers are rich and wide, and have continuous and lasting influence. So it is necessary to strengthen the document management. This paper explores the document management pattern, and discusses the digital classification of documents, institutionalization of the documents management, the standard naming method,and their application in common document management. The proposed document management program, applicable to university teachers and assistants, can effectively avoid chaos in the document and improve work efficiency.
