无托槽隐形矫治技术与传统固定矫治技术在牙周病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究无托槽隐形矫治技术与传统固定矫治技术在牙周病治疗中的应用。方法选择2014年8月至2015年4月在鄂州市中心医院进行治疗的牙周病患者130例作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方式分为观察组和对照组,每组各65例。观察组使用无托槽隐形矫治技术治疗,对照组使用固定矫治技术治疗。观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效,比较治疗前后牙周指数、咀嚼效能、炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者临床总有效率为92.3%(60/65),明显高于对照组的80.0%(52/65),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗,观察组患者牙齿松动度为0.51±0.08、牙龈指数为0.75±0.08、牙周探诊深度为2.02±0.31、龈乳头探诊出血指数为1.02±0.15,均低于对照组的1.05±0.15、1.43±0.21、3.13±0.49、1.49±0.23,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患者的咀嚼效能、炎症因子水平改善效果明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与固定矫治技术相比,使用无托槽隐形矫治技术治疗牙周病,可明显降低患者牙周指数、改善患者咀嚼功能及炎症因子水平,具有明显的治疗效果。Objective To study the application of orthodontic invisible aligner technique and traditional fixed orthodontic treatment in periodontal disease .Methods A total of 130 patients with periodontal disease who received therapy from August 2014 and April 2015 in Ezhou Central Hospital were selected as research objects ,and were divided into the observation group and the control group with 65 cases in each group accord-ing to the different treatment methods .The observation group was treated with the orthodontic invisible align-er technique ,and the control group was treated with fixed orthodontic treatment .The clinical effects of the two groups were observed ,and the periodontal index ,masticatory function and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared .Results After treatment ,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 92 .3％ （60/65） ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group （80 .0％ ,52/65） ,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0 .05） .After treatment ,the dental looseness of the observation group was 0 .51 ± 0 .08 ,the gingival index was 0 .75 ± 0 .08 ,the depth of periodontal detection was 2 .02 ± 0 .31 ,and the bleeding index of gingival nipple detection was 1 .02 ± 0 .15 ,which were lower than those of the control group 1 .05 ± 0 .15 ,1 .43 ± 0 .21 ,3 .13 ± 0 .49 and 1 .49 ± 0 .23 ,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant （P〈 0 .05 ） ,and the masticatory function and level inflammatory factors in the observation group changed to a better condition compared to those of the control group after treatment ,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0 .05） .Conclusion Compared with the fixed orthodontic technique ,using treat-ments without braces stealth technology treatment of periodontal disease ,significantly lower in patients with periodontal index ,improve masticatory function and inflammatory factor levels ,has significant therapeutic effect .Compared with the fixed orthodontic
