摘 要:亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐广泛存在于人类生存的环境中,过量食用会对人体健康造成危害。试验采用单因素方差分析设计,以背景电导率、色谱柱压力、保留时间和峰面积为考察指标,对淋洗液中的碳酸钠浓度、乙腈浓度和淋洗液流速、色谱柱温度进行了优化。结果最优淋洗液浓度为1.0mmol/L碳酸钠+2%乙腈,流速为0.7m L/min,温度为40℃。结果表明,通过对离子色谱条件的优化,可有效地缩短分析时间。本试验为离子色谱法应用到测定乳制品中亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐含量提供了试验数据和技术支持。The nitrite and nitrate widely exist in the human living environment; and excessive consumption will cause harms to human health. The chromatographic conditions of nitrite and nitrate contents measured by ion chromatography are determined with the concentration of sodium carbonate, the concentration of acetonitrile, the flow rate of leacheate and the temperature of chromatographic column as single factors, with the background conductivity, the pressure of chromatographic column, retention time and peak area as indexes in this test. The concentration of leacheate is adopted with 1.0 mmol/L sodium carbonate + 2% acetonitrile with the flow rate of 0.7 m L/min, temperature of 40℃. The result manifests that the effective reduction for the analysis time can provide experimental data and technical support for applying the ion chromatography into the measurement for the contents of nitrite and nitrate in dairy products.
