摘  要:本文首先阐述了雷达用射频接收芯片对于三温量产测试迫切需要,接着对三温量产测试的实现平台进行了详细介绍,包括自动测试系统和机械手。阐述了关键连接硬件测试板和配套件的设计和实现,自动测试系统的测试程序开发和机械手的软件设置。引入多芯片的并行测试,优化完善测试程序,有效的提高了测试效率,降低了测试成本,仍需克服带来的相关影响,提高量产测试技术。The thesis first introduces the crying need for the three-temperature production test of the radio frequency receiver for radar, and explicitly describes the platform where can realize the test, including auto test equipment(ATE) and handler. The paper also illustrates the design of the PCB and supporting facility, the development of test program for ATE and the setting of software for the handler. Through introducing multi-site parallel test and improving test program, we effectively increase the test efficiency and decrease the cost. However, we still need to overcome the side effect and improve the technology of production test.
