摘  要:目的探讨急性缺血性卒中患者入院时血糖及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与中国缺血性卒中亚型(CISS)分型的关系。方法回顾性分析2014年5月至2015年8月入选大兴区人民医院的180例急性缺血性卒中住院患者的临床资料,将其根据CISS分为大动脉粥样硬化性(LAA)、心源性卒中(CS)、穿支动脉疾病(PAD)、其他病因(OE)、病因不明(UE),同时测定各个亚型患者入院时血糖及HbA1c水平。结果大动脉粥样硬化性(LAA)脑卒中患者入院时血糖及HbA1c高于其余4种亚型(P<0.05)。结论大动脉粥样硬化性脑卒中患者易合并血糖紊乱,故对于这部分患者我们需要关注血糖异常的筛查,防止漏诊。ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the relationship between blood glucose on admission, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and China ischemic stroke subclassification subtypes of patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods The clinical data of 180 inpatients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Daxing District People's Hospital from May 2014 to August 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. According to CISS, they were divided into five groups: large artery atherosclerosis (LAA), cardiogenic stroke (CS), penetrating artery disease (PAD), other etiology (OE) and undetermined etiology (UE). The levels of blood glucose on admission and HbA1c were detected. Results In patients with LAA, the levels of blood glucose and HbA1c on admission were higher than those with other four CISS (P〈0.05). Conclusion Patients with LAA are prone to complicated with blood glucose disorder, so we should pay attention to the screening of abnormal blood glucose in order to prevent missed diagnosis.
