摘　　要：社会沟通与交往障碍严重影响自闭症个体的人际互动。文章将社会沟通的早期阶段——非言语沟通作为切入点,对自闭症个体在加工人类肢体运动及通过肢体表达的意图和情绪等心理状态时的行为特征、神经机制和干预策略进行梳理。建议未来应该纵向追踪自闭症个体各年龄阶段肢体语言理解能力的发展状况,跨学科从细胞分子、基因等多层面来探讨其肢体语言理解障碍的成因,同时采用多样性、综合化的策略对其进行早期、针对性的干预。Social communication and interaction disorders seriously affect autistic individuals＇ social interactions. This study, based on nonverbal communication, the earliest stage of social communication, analyzes autistic individuals＇ behavioral features, neural mechanism and intervention strategies during their processing of body motion, body intention and body emotion. In conclusion, the study suggests probing into autistic individuals＇ development in their ability- to understand body language in different ages, the cause of their body language under-standing disorder from the perspective of cells and genes, and diversified and comprehensive early intervention strategies.
