玉龙雪山一乳菇属(红菇科,担子菌门)新种

摘　　要：玉龙雪山位于横断山的南部,由于复杂多变的气候因素的影响,使得该区域为中国植物、动物和微生物多样性热点研究地区。本文在形态描述、绘图和ITS分子进化树的基础上描述了玉龙雪山一乳菇属新种(Lactarius serilactifer)。该种识别特征为菌盖深棕色至暖红棕色,菌盖表面粘,具皱褶,乳汁水状或乳状,孢子具不完全网状结构,囊体少,盖表皮呈球囊型。Yulong Snow Mountain in the south of the Hengduan Mountains has been considered as one of the biodiversity hotspots in China because the varieties of climatic conditions influence the diversity of fauna,flora and mycobiota.A new species,Lactarius serilactifer,was described from the place based on full morphological descriptions,line drawings,colour photographs and ITS phylogenetic tree.The species can be recognized by its dark-brown to warm red-brown pileus with a strikingly rugose surface,watery-white to whey-like latex,basidiospores with an incompletely reticulum,pleuromacrocystidia and cheilomacrocystidia rare and pileipellis an epithelium.
