摘　　要：目的在手术室护理排班各项约束条件下,利用信息化技术对手术室人力资源进行最优调配,避免人力资源短缺与浪费共存的现象。方法基于触摸技术,设计交互友好的手术室护理排班系统;系统从身份信息、手术类型、台次、请休假情况等多个维度为排班管理提供辅助信息。结果系统投入使用以后,彻底改变了我院手术室"黑板贴牌式"排班模式,不但方便了各区护士长日常的排班工作,而且系统实现了与HIS系统数据共享,免去了传统排班方式下,需手工录入手术安排护理人员信息的工作流程;不但方便了护理人员随时随地查看排班信息,而且避免了在"黑板贴牌式"排班模式下,需在固定地点查看排班情况,造成的围堵现象。结论本系统的实现,不但完成了我院手术室日常排班工作信息化的转变,而且为各区护士长进行最优的人力资源规划、调配提供了技术辅助手段。Objective To optimize the human resources in operating room human resources and avoid the phenomenon of human resource shortage and waste coexistence, the system was designed by using information technology under the constraints of nursing equipment in the operating room. Methods Based on the touch technology, operating room nursing scheduling system was designed interactively and friendly. The system provided auxiliary information for scheduling management from multiple dimensions such as identity information, type of operation, number of operation, and vacation time. Results After the system had been put into use, it completely changed the ＂blackboard original equipment manufacturer＂ scheduling mode in our hospital, not only facilitated the daily routine work of the head nurse, but also realized the data sharing with HIS system. It eliminated the workfl ow of manually entering the information of nurses in the traditional scheduling mode. In addition, it was not only convenient for the nurses to view the scheduling information anytime and anywhere, but also avoided the congestion phenomenon in ＂blackboard original equipment manufacturer＂ scheduling mode which caused by the need to view scheduling information at a fixed location. Conclusion T he implementation of this system, not only completes the transformation of the hospital operating room daily scheduling information, but also provides technical assistance to the head nurses to make the optimal human resource planning and deploymen t.
