摘 要:试验旨在研究菜粕型日粮中添加植酸酶和木聚糖酶对肉鸡生长性能,小肠氨基酸、矿物质元素表观消化率的影响。选取健康、体重一致的1 d雌性AA商品代肉仔鸡480只,采用完全随机设计分为4个组,每组6个重复,每个重复20羽。对照组饲喂菜粕型日粮,处理组分别在对照组日粮基础上添加650 U/kg植酸酶、1500 U/kg木聚糖酶及1000 U/kg植酸酶和2000 U/kg木聚糖酶复合物。结果显示:各处理组对21 d肉鸡日均采食量和日增重均无显著差异(P>0.05)。木聚糖酶组和木聚糖酶+植酸酶组较其他两组显著提高了空肠内容物停留时间(P<0.05)。木聚糖酶组和木聚糖酶+植酸酶组显著提高钙、磷、钠、锌、镁、锰和铜回肠表观消化率(P<0.05)。植酸酶和木聚糖酶复合组较其他各组显著提高了十二指肠和空肠氮消化率(P<0.05)。木聚糖酶+植酸酶组较其他三组显著提高了回肠氨基酸表观消化率(P<0.05)。结果表明:在本研究中,植酸酶和木聚糖酶在菜粕型日粮中应用对肉鸡的生长性能和营养物质消化率具有促进作用。木聚糖酶可以提高矿物质的消化率,这对肉鸡日粮中使用较多比例的菜粕具有优势作用。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of supplementation of phytase and xylanase on growth performance,amino acids,macro-minerals and trace minerals digestibility of broilers fed with canola meal basal diets. Four hundred and eighty AA commercial broilers were randomly allotted to 4 groups with 6 replicates of 20 broilers. The control diets were canola meal basal diet,the treatment groups were supplementation of 650 U/kg phytase,1500 U/kg xylanase,1000 U/kg phytase and 2000 U/kg xylanase complex in the basal diet. The results were shown that there were no signifi cant differences in feed intake and body gain among the treatments(P〉0.05). The enzyme combination increased digesta retention time in the ileum(P〈0.05)relative to chicks offered the non-supplemented control diet,and signifi cantly increased the digestibility of Ca,P,Na,Zn,Mg,Mn and Cu(P〈0.05). Combined phytase and xylanase inclusions increased protein(N)digestibility in the jejunum and ileum(P〈0.05). There existed highly significant effects of dietary treatments on ileal digestibility coeffi cients of amino acids(P〈0.05). In conclusion,phytase and xylanase in tandem generated better responses in atypical canola meal-based diets in the present study,xylanase increased digestibilities of minerals in diets based on dextrose and canola meal,the outcome of this study suggested phytase and xylanase in tandem may permit increased canola meal inclusions in diets for broiler chickens.
