摘  要:紫外光核黄素胶原交联技术(Collagen cross-linking,CXL)是以核黄素为光敏剂,应用紫外线进行局部照射,介导胶原纤维相互交联,提高机械硬度和生物力学稳定性,从而阻止圆锥角膜等扩张性角膜疾病的一种新的治疗方法。CXL最初用于圆锥角膜,现在眼表疾病中的应用也日益广泛,近年来研究者开始探讨其联合应用的进展以进一步寻找新的突破点。本文对CXL的分类、基本原理、适应症、禁忌症以及在眼表疾病的应用等进行综述。The ultraviolet ray and riboflavin collagen cross-linking(CXL) technique, as a new method to prevent the development of keratoconus, used riboflavin as a photosensitizer, locally irradiated by ultraviolet ray which together mediated collagen cross-linking to each other to improve the mechanical hardness and biomechanical stability. Collagen cross-linking was first applied in keratoconus, and now it is widely used in ocular surface diseases, and more researchers have begun to explore the combined therapy with CXL in order to make breakthrough. In this paper, the classification,basic principles, indications, contraindications of collagen cross-linking,and its application in ocular surface diseases were reviewed.
