摘 要:分析了多内凹面壳塑件的工艺特点,介绍了该塑件注塑模的结构设计和工作过程。该模具采用牛角式浇口,并通过CAE分析合理确定了浇口的数量和位置;前模侧采用斜顶机构成型塑件外表面内凹,该斜顶机构利用开模力作为斜顶杆驱动力,并通过尼龙塞倒装,保护前模斜顶杆和使其复位;后模侧采用斜导柱滑块侧抽芯机构和后模斜顶机构成型塑件内表面双排内凹。该模具创新性地在前后模都设计有斜顶机构,解决了成型脱模难题、简化了模具结构、降低模具制造成本。The technological characteristic of multiple inner concave plastic shell was analyzed. The structural design and operating process of the injection mould for the part were introduced. The mould used the horn gate and determined the number and position of the gate by CAE analysis. Slanted ejecting mechanism of front mould was used to form the inner concave of the outer surface of the plastic part. It utilized the opening force as the driving force of the angle ejector rod and protected the angle ejector rod by flip-chip nylon latch lock to make it reset. Slide core-pulling and slanted ejecting mechanism of back mould were adopted to form double row inner concave of the inner surface of the plastic part. The mould was innovative to design the slanting mechanism in both front and back mould, which solved the problem of molding and demoulding, simplified the mould structure and reduced the cost of mould manufacturing.
