复方丙谷胺西咪替丁治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方丙谷胺西咪替丁治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年5—10月于本院就诊的100例慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者,其中观察组患者(52例)采用复方丙谷胺西咪替丁进行治疗,对照组患者(48例)采用法莫替丁进行治疗,治疗4周后对比两组患者临床症状的改善情况、Lanza分级标准评分及胃黏膜前列腺素E_2(prostaglandin E_2,PGE_2)水平。结果观察组患者治疗后的临床症状(上腹疼痛或不适、反酸或胃灼热、饱胀或呃逆)均有明显改善,与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者胃镜下胃黏膜炎症积分与治疗前相比均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者胃黏膜PGE_2水平与治疗前相比均显著上升(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的PGE_2水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组在药物治疗期间均未发生明显的不良反应。结论复方丙谷胺西咪替丁可改善慢性非萎缩性胃炎的临床症状,疗效确切。Objective To observe the curative effect of compound proglumide and cimetidine tablets on chronic non-atrophic gastritis. Method A total of 100 cases of chronic non-atrophic gastritis treated in our hospital from May. 2016 to Oct.2016 were divided into two groups according to random-number table method. The observation group was given compound proglumide and cimetidine tablets, while the control group was treated with famotidine. The statistics analysis was based on the clinical data from all patients. After 4 weeks of treatment, the improvement of clinical symptoms, the Lanza grading standard score and prostaglandin E2（PGE2） content of the two groups were compared. Result To observe the clinical symptoms of patients after treatment（upper abdominal pain or discomfort, acid reflux or heartburn, bloating or hiccup） were significantly improved, there was significant difference before and after treatment（P〈0.05）. The gastric mucosal inflammation of two groups was significantly reduced after treatment,with statistically significant difference from before treatment（P〈0.05）, and the observation group integral decrease was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. The content of PGE2 after treatment increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）; the observation group＇s PGE2 changes were significantly better than the control group＇s（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound proglumide and cimetidine tablets can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis, thus is worth of clinical promotion.
