快速康复外科理念在早期卵巢癌围术期护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科理念在早期卵巢癌围术期护理中的应用效果。方法收集2009年3月至2012年3月于本院行全面分期手术的早期卵巢癌患者98例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组49例。对照组应用常规围术期护理,实验组应用快速康复外科理念下的围术期护理措施;观察两组患者的围术期相关指标、术后并发症和预后情况。结果实验组患者的术中出血量、输血率、手术时间、术后肛门排气时间、抗生素使用时间、术后住院时间及术后并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);两组患者5年复发率和5年生存率比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论与常规围术期护理措施比较,在围术期护理中应用快速康复外科理念,可降低早期卵巢癌患者术后并发症的发生率,促进患者恢复,缩短住院时间。Objective To explore the effect of the concept of fast track surgery in the perioperative nursing of early ovarian cancer. Method A total of 98 patients with early stage ovarian cancer who underwent total staging were admitted to our hospital from March 2009 to March 2012, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 49 cases in each group. The control group used the conventional perioperative care methods. Experimental group used the perioperative care methods under the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery. The perioperative indexes, postoperative complications and prognosis of the two groups were observed. Result The blood loss, blood transfusion rate, operation time, postoperative anal exhaust time, antibiotic use time, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; There was no significant difference between the two groups in 5-year recurrence rate and 5-year survival rate（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Compared to conventional perioperative nursing interventions, the concept of fast track surgery can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with early ovarian cancer, promote patients recovery,and shorten the hospital stay.
