摘　　要：古人对心理疾病的治疗有着渊源的历史,并总结了丰富的经验,其中以情胜情法和音乐疗法已成为心理疗疾中的重要内容,文章将以情胜情与五行音乐相结合,探索五行音乐的选乐方法,提出辨志施乐,为以情胜情的五行音乐疗法奠定理论基础。The ancient physicians had had a long history in the treatment of psychological diseases, and summarized empirical experience, in which method of treating emotional disturbance with emotion. Musical therapy has become an important content in the treatment of psychological diseases. This study combined the method of treating emotional disturbance with emotion and musical therapy, explored the selection methods of five-element music, and proposed the syndrome differentiation and treatment with music, so as to provide a theoretical basis for five-element musical therapy based on the theory of treating emotional disturbance with emotion.
