国医大师张志远妇科验案四则

摘　　要：国医大师张志远先生临证善用经方,但不拘泥于经方,治疗灵活多变,疗效显著。文章以桃核承气汤加味治疗盆腔炎;桂枝茯苓丸加味治疗子宫肌瘤;二至丸加味治疗围绝经期综合征;少腹逐瘀汤加味治疗不孕症为例,介绍了张老运用活血化瘀法治疗盆腔炎、子宫肌瘤、不孕症,以滋补肝肾法治疗围绝经期综合征的临床经验,突出了张老治疗妇科疾病时善于把握疾病本质,从整体出发,因人制宜,辨证施治的组方用药特点,非常值得学习和借鉴。TCM master ZHANG Zhi-yuan is skilled in classical priscriptions in clinical practice, but he is not limited to the classical prescriptions. His treatment is flexible and usually has achieved remarkable curative effect. In this paper, some examples, such as using Taohe Chengwi Decoction to treat pelvic inflammatory disease, using Guizhi Fuling Pills to treat hysteromyoma, and using modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction to treat infertilitas feminis, were taken to expound his clinical experience. ZHANG usually treats pelvic inflammatory disease, hysteromyoma, and infertilitas feminis by activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, and treats perimenopausal syndrome by nourishing liver and kidney. These ZHANG Zhiyaun＇s clinical experience highlighted the characteristics of grasping the nature of diseases, individuality-concerned treatment, treatment based on syndrome differentiation and holism, which is great worth of learning.
