论叶天士对“阳明为阖”理论的发挥和临床运用

摘　　要：探讨叶天士对《黄帝内经》"阳明为阖"理论的发挥和临床运用。通过对《临证指南医案》中有关"阳明为阖"论述医案的整理,将叶天士对该理论的探讨和临床运用进行综合分析。叶天士对"阳明为阖"理论阐述涵盖了生理、病理、病机等方面内容,在临床应用上提出了相应的治则、治法和具体方药。叶天士对《黄帝内经》"阳明为阖"理论的发挥既推陈出新又不离于经旨,对该理论的传承、创新和临床运用做出了重要的贡献。To explore the theoretical development and clinical application of YE Tian-shi＇s theory of ‘Yangming is occlusive＇ in Huangdi Neijing. Through sorting out the medical cases for ‘Yangming is occlusive＇ in the Linzheng Zhinan Yian, YE＇s discussion and clinical application of this theory were comprehensively analyzed. YE Tian-shi＇s theoretical explanation of ‘Yangming is occlusive＇ covers the aspects of physiology, pathology, and pathogenesis, and put forward corresponding therapeutic rules, therapeutic methods and specific prescriptions for clinical application. YE Tian-shi makes the important contribution to the inheritance, innovation, and clinical application of theories of the ‘Yangming is occlusive＇ in Huangdi Neijing.
