生乳体细胞检测试剂盒方法与现有方法的比较

摘　　要：对快速简便检测生乳中体细胞数的试剂盒法进行验证,通过与《NY/T800-2004生鲜牛乳中体细胞测定方法》中的显微镜法,以及市场上应用广泛的快速仪器法进行对比,可知试剂盒法与其他方法之间在统计学上均无显著性差异(P>0.05),且仪器方法和标准方法,仪器方法之间在统计学上也均无显著性差异(P>0.05),试剂盒方法相对标准偏差小于10%,通过实验可知该方法具有很高的精密度和准确度,能够满足生乳中体细胞数的快速、准确检测要求,对生乳的质量检测和监测牛乳房炎都有重要作用。A kit method quickly and easily detecting somatic cell count in raw milk was verified in this paper. Compared with the microscopy method from ＂NY/T800-2004 determination method of somatic cells in raw milk ＂ and the widely used instrument method, a conclusion can be drawn that the measurements between these methods were not significantly different in statistics （P〉0.05）. The relative standard deviation of the kit method was less than 10%, and this method also had high precision and accuracy. Those characteristics showed above guaranteed the rapid and accurate testing results of somatic cell count in raw milk, which played an important role in controlling the. quality of raw milk and monitoring the outbreak of cow mastiffs.
