终身教育公共服务体系设计研究——基于江苏省的实践

摘　　要：终身教育公共服务体系是依托信息技术、多元主体参与、利用各类资源、保证公共服务供给的教育系统。基于实践经验,文章提出了终身教育公共服务体系的建设目标、功能定位、运行模式和初步设计。江苏终身教育公共服务体系以提供个性化服务为建设目标、以立足服务民众学习需求为功能定位、以多元化主体共同参与、共建共享为运行模式,初步设想应囊括多元化的学习资源系统、完善化的组织管理系统、开放式的学习场地系统、合理化的成果认证系统和信息化的学习网络系统。Lifelong education Public service system is a kind of education system relying on information technology, multi-subject participation and the use of various resources to ensure the supply of public services. Based on practical experience, this paper puts forward the construction goal, function orientation, operation mode and preliminary design of lifelong education public service system. Jiangsu lifelong education public service system is to provide personalized service for the construction goals based on the service needs of the public to function for the positioning of diversified subjects to participate in the eo-buih for the operation mode. The initial design should include a wide range of learning resources system, a sound organization and management system, an open learning site system, a rationalized results certification system and information learning network system.
