摘  要:成人高等教育的课程体系一直存在着"普教化"严重、不适合成人在职学生的问题。分析了成人高等教育与普通高等教育、高等职业教育的差异,成人教育学生多元化的特点,阐述了成人高等教育人才培养定位和需求,提出了适合成人高等教育的专业课程体系建设基本原则。以成人高等教育专升本机械设计制造及其自动化专业为例,借助混合式教学模式,以"模块化+个性化"为切入点设计了专业课程体系,对完善人才培养方案,增强人才培养的针对性和适用性,具有指导和示范作用。There is the problem of "universal education" in the curriculum system of adult higher education, which is not suitable for adult in-service students all the time. This paper first analyzes the differences among adult higher education, general higher education, and higher vocational education, expounding the diversity of adult education students. Then the orientation and requirement of talents cultivation in adult higher education are described. Afterwards, the basic principles of the building of the professional curriculum system for adult higher education are proposed. Finally, the professional curriculum system is constructed by means of hybrid teaching mode. The construction takes the curriculum of "mechanical design and manufacturing, as well as its automation" as an example, which presents such characteristics as modularization and individuation. The novel curriculum system is instructive and exemplary to improve the program and enhance the relevance and applicability of talent training.
