摘  要:采用双抗夹心酶联免疫(ELISA)方法研究了转基因抗虫水稻秀水134-Bt不同生育期和不同组织中Bt毒蛋白的表达情况。结果表明:秀水134-Bt毒蛋白在各个组织中均有表达,但不同器官中表达量明显不同。Bt毒蛋白在叶片中表达量最高,叶鞘次之,根、茎、小穗中表达量相对较低,成熟种子中几乎检测不到。不同发育期叶片Bt毒蛋白的表达有显著差异,Bt毒蛋白表达量随着植株的生长而减少。研究结果可为转基因抗虫水稻适宜检测时间选择提供一定的参考。The expression of Bt toxin protein in different growth stages and tissues of Xiushui 134-Bt wasstudied by double antibody sandwich ELISA. The results showed that Bt toxin protein of Xiushui 134-Bt wasexpressed in all tissues,but the expression level was different in different organs. The expression level of Btprotein in leaves was the highest,followed by leaf sheath. The expression level in roots,stems and spikelets wasrelatively low,and hardly detected in mature seeds. The expression of Bt toxin protein was significantly differentat different growth stages,and decreased with plant growth. The results could provide a reference for selectingsuitable detection time for transgenic insect-resistant rice.
