摘 要:针对内压承载工况下炭纤维复合材料壳体封头的补强问题,基于网格理论完成了不同封头补强方式的480 mm纤维缠绕壳体的设计;利用商业有限元软件Abaqus和二次开发语言Python建立了含有补强结构的复合材料壳体的细观仿真模型,并通过数值仿真方法对接头附近的封头环向、纵向补强结构的补强作用规律进行了计算研究;通过壳体产品研制和水压试验研究了不同补强方法的成型工艺性和对内压承载性能的提升效果。结果表明,采用环向补强技术的封头内压下具有更低的纤维方向应变和层间剪切应力;采用环向补强技术的封头内压下具有更大的轴向变形,更小的法向变形,与纵向补强方法结果相反;采用环向补强壳体的封头内压承载性能和稳定性能明显优于纵向补强方法;采用环向补强的复合材料壳体容器特征系数比纵向补强复合材料壳体提高了约5%。In view of the dome reinforcement problem of the carbon fiber composite case under the internal pressure loading condition,the design of a 480 mm filament wound case with different dome reinforcement is completed based on the grid theory.Then,the fine micro-simulation model of the composite case with the reinforcing structure is established by using the commercial finite element software Abaqus and the advanced development language Python in the paper,the difference between the reinforcement mechanism of hoop and longitudinal reinforcement structure for dome reinforcement around the joint is calculated and analyzed via numerical simulation.The difference between the forming process and the improvement of the internal pressure capacity is studied through the development of the product and the hydraulic blasting test.The results show that the composite case dome with hoop reinforcement has smaller inter-layer shear strain and fiber strain.The composite case dome with hoop reinforcement has greater axial deformation and smaller normal deformation,which is opposite to the case dome with longitudinal reinforcement. Compared with the case dome with longitudinal reinforcement,the composite case dome with hoop reinforcement has greater internal pressure capacity and better process stability,thus the characteristic factor of the composite case with hoop reinforcement is increased by about 5%compared with the longitudinal reinforcement composite case.
