Syndrome and Treatment of Diarrhea in Six Meridians

摘　　要：《伤寒论》中六经病变均可出现下利,三阳病篇中,下利多见于兼证及或然证,病情多较轻浅,而三阴病篇中,下利多作为主证出现,病情多较危重。太阳下利包括太阳表证兼里证下利及太阳病变证之里证下利,前者既具有太阳表证,亦兼有他经或里证病变,后者为太阳病误治或已解,纯里无表之下利;阳明下利包括阳明兼他经下利及阳明本经下利;少阳下利主要是少阳兼他经下利;太阴下利未言及具体方证,病机主要为太阴虚寒;少阴下利包括少阴寒化、少阴热化及少阴阳郁证;厥阴下利主要为寒热错杂下利及厥阴热利。此外,少阴篇及厥阴篇均言及下利预后的判断,其要点在于判断体内阳气盛衰。Diarrhea involved the range of six meridians in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases. The condition of diarrhea is mild and easily conducted in Sanyang diseases,which diarrhea always treated as less-important syndrome. Yet diarrhea was treated as severe syndrome most of the time in Sanyin diseases and there were many articles mentioning diarrhea in a serious way. Diarrhea of Taiyang meridian includes exterior-interior concurrent syndrome and interior syndrome. Diarrhea in Yangming meridian disease includes pure Yangming meridian disease and Yangming with another meridian concurrent disease. Diarrhea of Shaoyang meridian mainly refers to Shaoyang with another meridian disease. There is no specific decoction to treat diarrhea in Taiyin disease,which were mainly due to the deficiency cold of Taiyin. Syndromes of diarrhea in Shaoyin disease could be generalized to three types,cold transformation,heat transformation and Yangqi stagnated of Shaoyin. For the last chapter-Jueyin disease,diarrhea could be caused by intertwist of cold and heat,as well as the heat transformation of Jueyin disease. Further more,there were several articles mentioning both curable and incurable situation of diarrhea in the chapters of Shaoyin and Jueyin disease. The key to distinguish them is to diagnose if the Yangqi had exhausted.
