摘　　要：从方法论角度剖析自然医学、补充和替代医学、循证医学、精准医学、整合医学、系统医学、个性化医学、整体医学等新概念、新思想的本质及现实意义,厘清现代医学近几十年的发展脉络以及未来的走向。自然医学、补充和替代医学、循证医学旨在拓展现代医学;精准医学正在基于还原论构建个性化医学体系,仍将面临整合的问题;中国版整合医学目前尚未提出清晰的整合思路,如果采用系统生物学对生物体的整合方法,将不得不面临与系统生物学同样的问题和危机。面对兼具复杂性和适应性的人体,现代医学最终将不得不摒弃"在分析基础上重构"的整合理念,代之以复杂性科学的整体方法,即中医学构建理论体系的方法。基于整体方法的医学——整体医学,将成为医学走向整合和个性化时代的主流医学体系。In recent years, with the emergence of the modern medical crisis, the medical profession has begun to explore the future medical development model. New concepts and ideas are constantly emerging. This paper analyzes the essence and practical significance of these concepts, in an attempt to find out the path of development of modern medicine and its future course. The main conclusion of this paper is that Natural medicine, supplementary and alternative medicine, evidence-based medicine aim to expand the frontiers of modern medicine. The personalized medical system under the construction of precision medicine is still based on reductionism. In the near future, it will still face the problem of integration. The Chinese version of inte- grated medicine has yet to put forward a clear idea of integration. If the integration approach of systems biolo- gy is adopted, it will have to face the same problems and crises today in systems biology. Confronted with the complexity and adaptability of the human body, modern medicine will eventually have to abandon the integra- tion concept of ＂reconstruction based on analysis＂, and replace it with the holistic approach of complexity sci- ence, that is, the approach of constructing theoretical system in Chinese medicine. Therefore, holistic medicine, the medicine based on holistic approach, will become the mainstream medical system in the era of the medicine towards integration and personalization.
