排球运动中垫快球技术影响因素与训练方法研究

摘　　要：垫球技术是排球比赛中一种常用的基本技术,能够用于接发球、扣球等,是保证本方进攻的基本技术之一,它灵活多变,在不同的情况下要求不同的方法。在多年的排球实践中发现,排球比赛中给二传手垫角度低、平稳且快速的球对组织进攻和取得比赛优势有着非常重要的作用。采用文献资料法,结合多年实践经验,对垫球技术的作用、特性和影响垫快球技术的因素以及训练方法进行分析,以求能够在训练当中更好地培养运动员的垫球能力和垫快球的意识,从而达到提高排球运动技术水平的目的。Forearm pass is a commonly used basic technique for volleyball matches. It can be used to receive service,spiking,etc.,and it is one of the basic techniques to ensure the attack. It is flexible and requires different methods in different situations. In years of volleyball practice,the author found that in a volleyball game,providing a low,smooth,and fast ball to the pass-through pad has a very important role in setting up an offense and winning the game. Using the literature data method and combing many years of practical experience of individuals,the author analyzes the effects,characteristics of the forearm pass,factors that affect the forearm fast pass,and training methods so as to improve the awareness and ability of the athlete＇s forearm fast pass in training and achieve the goal of improving the technical level of volleyball.
