摘 要:目的明确护士各层级的递进关系,构建护士不同轨道的层级结构体系。方法选取15名专家采用Delphi法构建护士层级体系,包括阶梯层级结构、专业发展路径、准入要求及晋级程序。结果形成了三轨道五阶梯式护士层级体系,五阶梯包括基本层、成长层、中间层、骨干层和专家层,三轨道包括临床护理、护理管理和护理教学。结论三轨道五阶梯式护士层级体系遵循护士能力发展规律和护理职业发展的特点,可为我国护理人力资源管理提供借鉴。Objective To define the progressive relationship of all ladders for nurses and to develop the career ladder system. Methods Delphi method was used to build the ladder system,including ladder structure,professional development pathway,access requirements and promotion procedures. Results A three-track five-ladder structure was formed. The five ladders referred to the basic layer,growth layer,middle layer,backbone layer and expert layer. The three tracks referred to three professional directions including clinical nursing,nursing management and nursing teaching. Conclusion The three-track five-ladder nursing career ladder system followed the regularities of ability development in nurses and was accorded with characteristics of nursing career development. Therefore,it can serve as a reference for nursing human resource management in China.
