摘  要:研究将QL-89、助剂和氧化淀粉配伍的浆料用于涤棉品种上浆的效果。分析了QL-89浆液的性能;测试了QL-89的浆膜性能;采用QL-89、助剂和氧化淀粉配伍的浆料作为无PVA新配方浆料,与传统含PVA浆料所得浆纱进行织机效率对比。结果表明:QL-89浆膜吸湿率小,生物可降解性好,断裂伸长率大,可满足涤棉品种的上浆需求;无PVA新配方浆料浆纱在喷气织机上的织机效率高于传统含PVA浆料浆纱。认为:采用QL-89、助剂和氧化淀粉配伍的浆料可满足涤棉细号高密织物上浆需求,可降低浆纱成本,提高织机效率。The effect for sizing with compatibility of QL-89,auxiliaries and oxidized starch on polyester cot- ton variety was studied. The property of QL-89 sizing was analyzed. The size film property of QL-89 was tested. The compatibility of QL-89 ,auxiliaries and oxidized starch was used as the new sizing instruction without PVA. The loom efficiency was compared with traditional PVA sized yarn. The test results showed that QL-89 size film had smaller moisture absorption rate, better biodegradability and larger elongation rate. It could meet the sizing requirement of polyester cotton variety. The loom efficiency of new sizing instruction without PVA sized yarn in air-jet loom was higher than that of sized yarn with traditional PVA size. It is considered that the sizing require- ment of polyester cotton fineness higher density fabric can be met by adopting the compatibility of QL-89 ,auxilia- ries and oxidized starch. Moreover, the sizing cost is reduced and the loom efficiency is improved.
