摘　　要：党的十九大提出了乡村振兴战略,高等教育在新农村建设中责无旁贷。然而我国高等教育服务农村水平落后,不仅影响到农村社会的发展,而且严重阻碍了高等教育普及化的深入、"中等收入陷阱"的跨越和人的城镇化建设。农村高等教育扶贫要以传扬优秀乡村文化为使命,以建立服务农村社会发展的农村高等教育体系以及高等教育与社会主义新农村建设的有效互动机制为目标,促进农村社会转型。The strategy of rejuvenating the countryside proposed by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has provided new ideas for the new rural recon- struction. Rural higher education is irreplaceable for promoting rural industry, ecology and civilization. However, the backwardness of rural higher education in our country not only af- fects the development of rural society, but also seriously hinders the popularization of higher education, the breakthrough of middle-income trap and the urbanization of people. Rural poverty alleviation by higher education regards promoting outstanding rural culture as a mis- sion, and establishing rural higher education system serving for rural society development and effective interactive mechanism between higher education and new socialist countryside construction as goals, aiming to promote rural social transformation.
