摘　　要：高等教育承担着社会主义建设人才培养的重任,高校的人才培养目标实现需要优质的教学资源基础。随着互联网的应用普及,新型的教学资源——网络视频教学模式成为新时期的有效教学形式之一,得到越来越多高校教学的应用。就目前高校的视频资源库建设而言,其中还存在很多不足,需要进一步引起重视,进一步完善相关工作。本文分析了高校视频资源库建设的重要性,介绍高校视频教学资源库建设应遵循的原则,分析目前高校视频资源库建设的现状和问题,并重点探究新时期高校视频资源库建设的有效实现途径,为高校做好视频资源库工作,实现高等教育质量不断提升的目标。Higher education bears the responsibility of cultivating talents in socialist construction. The goal of talents training in Colleges and universities needs high-quality teaching resources. With thc popularization of the Internet, the new teaching resource - the network video teaching mode has become one of the effective teaching forms in the new period, and has been applied in more and more colleges and universities. There are still many deficiencies in the construction of video resources database in Colleges and universities, which needs further attention and further improvement. This paper analyzes the importance of the construction of video resource base in Colleges and universities, introduces the principles that should bc followcd in the construction of video teaching resource base in Colleges and universities, analyzes the current situation and problems of the construction of video resource base in Colleges and universities, and focus on exploring the effective ways to realize the construction of the video resource base in the new period of higher education in the new period, to do a good job of the vidco resource base for the universities and to achieve the goal of the higher education quality.
