摘　　要：膳食调查是预防医学专业的重要教学内容,但现实条件无法满足学生亲历现场调查的要求,一定程度上影响了教学效果。本文对构建膳食调查虚拟仿真实验进行了探讨、总结,为培养学生的现场实践能力提供了可借鉴的方式。Dietary survey is an important teaching content of the preventive medicine profession, but the actual conditions cannot meet the requirements of the students to experience the scene investigation, which affects the teaching effect to a certain extent. This paper discusses and builds a virtual simulation experiment of dietary survey, and provides a reference for cultivating students＇ field practice ability.
